Good
My bed was so comfy and I loved my room that was right near the hotel's beautiful swimming pool. I was so sad to be here only one night as the swimming pool was simply fantastic. The bar overlooking the city was also nice.
the hotel's locaion is a bt out of it and you have to walk along main roads/v quiet streets at night, to get to the hotel . Breakfast isn't included unless you want to pay for the weekend brunch deal

The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is a beautiful grand dame. She could use a bit of updating.
Not the level of service we're accustomed to in Mexico. Poor service in the restaurant in particular and the food wasn't great.

« Bel hôtel, confortable. »
Le personnel très serviable et attentif a nos besoins. Le confort des chambres, lit King size ce qui n'est pas le cas dans beaucouo d'hôtels au Mexique, où on se retrouve avec des lits plutôt de 120cm de large...la piscine grande et agréable pour nager...fourniture de serviettes pour cette dernière, bien sûr. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque, il y a de tout, pour $ 240,00 (pesos) ( à peu près 13,50 €)...très bien en général.
La distance pour aller au centre ville et la navette hôtel vers le centre et vice-versa uniquement en soirée (à partir de 18h), ce serait bien d'en mettre aussi le matin...
